I’m a Registered Dietitian by training (and worked as a clinical dietitian for over a decade), but discovered my true passion as a virtual assistant. I love figuring out how things work and creating better processes for them. I’m a spreadsheet nerd, project management ninja, and I tell a mean dad joke to boot.

Project management
Need a better workflow for your projects? Whether you have an existing project management platform you work with, or need to get set up with something new, I can help create a workflow that works for you, and help you stay on top of your projects. I have experience with most of the popular PM platforms (Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, etc.) but I can learn any platform quickly.
CMS management
For many content creators, the most stressful part is getting everything uploaded to their content management system. Don’t worry, I got you! I’m comfortable with Wordpress and Contentful, and can learn any other CMS quickly. I can also help with any thumbnails or photo editing needed for your content.
Social media
Whether you need help scheduling posts, coming up with content ideas, or creating a beautiful Instagram grid, I can help streamline your social media so it’s one less headache for you.
Ad hoc requests
I’m happy to help with all kinds of requests. Spreadsheets, calendar management, vacation planning—you name it, and there’s a good chance I can probably find a way to help.
